TEMPORARY IMPORTATION WITH SUBSEQUENT EXPORTATION OF PHILATELIC MATERIALS

When arriving at the airport with personal collections for display at “Rossica-2013”, you must carry two photocopies of each frame for exhibition and two copies of the complete inventory list of all philatelic material on each frame.

Upon arrival at the airport, you must declare the temporarily imported philatelic materials. The Customs officer will make the appropriate notations on the inventory lists and accompanying photocopies that the conditions have been met to allow those materials to be exported following the exhibition.

During arrival at the airport, a representative of the Ministry of Culture (Philatelic expert) will be present for advisory services.

These provisions are in accordance with the law on the import-export of cultural treasures, including philatelic materials, on the territory of the Russian Federation and are based upon the provisions of the Customs Code.
